Our Team

  • After many trials and tribulations of working for wonderful and frightening bosses, Angela finally gathered the courage to practice what she preaches and launched AD Talent - her passion. Prior to AD Talent, she was the Recruitment Partner for a 100+ person Engineering and Production team at R/GA and built a multi-million dollar business from the ground up as the Director of Talent at 24 Seven Inc.

Now an industry veteran and entrepreneur, Angela partners with numerous small and large companies to help make a positive impact on their overall growth through talent acquisition and people strategy. Some of the reputable brands she works with include WeWork, givewith, HUGE, Verizon, and Gensler. When she is not engrossing herself in AD Talent, you are likely to find her volunteering at City Critters and various remote parts of Africa and wondering why her banana tree always looks sad.

  • After graduating from New York University, Lilach has spent over a decade immersed in the world of Creative recruitment, touching on both the recruiting and business development side. She has helped agencies, product companies and corporations scale their Design, Content and User Experience teams.

Looking to join a company that had a shared mission and passion for helping people, she joined AD Talent in 2021.

When she's not training for her next race with the Central Park Running Club, you can find Lilach strolling the streets of the Upper West Side in search of the best babka with her husband Dan, sons Ezra and Oren, and spirited whoodle, Olive.

  • Originally trained and practiced as an architect, Lauren quickly found her passion in design more generally and people operations more specifically. After 4 years on the west coast with Works Progress Architecture, Lauren joined 24 Seven Inc. and then Amanda Mintz Creative Management, recruiting entry to executive level talent for top companies such as Mother, Wondersauce, SelectNY, Noë & Associates, L'Oreal and Moda Operandi.

In 2015 she joined Rafael de Cárdenas / Architecture at Large (RDC/AAL), a cutting-edge boutique design studio, as the Managing Director. Overseeing operations/HR, finance, legal and business development initiatives, Lauren partnered closely with the founder to increase internal efficiencies and staffing strategies while delivering exceptional projects for esteemed clients such as Nike, Related Companies, Christie's and Gentle Monster.

Lauren joined AD Talent Inc. in 2018. Leveraging her background in talent acquisition and resource management, where she is able to help reputable brands strategize and implement their internal infrastructures and processes to support business growth at a global scale.

With a love for all the little details no one else wants to worry about, Lauren is most often found plotting and planning mountain and beach getaways with friends and perfecting her chili recipe.

  • Kristina has over 15 years in the Creative Recruitment industry. She started answering phones for a firm in NYC, then grew into staffing naturally as she saw an opportunity to help her friends find work in Advertising.

As this industry evolved, she kept close to tech and how it changed the Design world. This allowed her to partner with an array of Start-ups, Design Firms, Ad Agencies, and even large corporate-level Innovation labs in building their teams across the US. From Social Media Marketing to Product Design, to User Experience, the list goes on. Tech had entered the chat and everyone needed to catch up.

Now she will preach that it’s never a one-woman show, Kristina thrives off teamwork and looks forward to the partnerships with AD Talent.

When she’s not training “Alexa” on understanding a Deep Southern Accent, you’ll find her secretly solving the latest true crime documentary or cooking another recipe where everyone will say it’s too spicy.
